Naples – The Christmas spirit is ignited with solidarity at the Santobono Pausilipon Hospital in Naples, where the 2025 edition of the "Suspended Gift" initiative, a UNICEF Italy project in collaboration with Clementoni, has begun.
The initiative will reach over 2.500 children in Italian hospitals and foster homes, as well as many vulnerable children in emergency situations around the world.
The opening ceremony saw the delivery of the first gifts to the young patients of the pediatric hospital. Those in attendance included UNICEF Italy Spokesperson Andrea Iacomini, UNICEF Campania President Emilia Narciso, UNICEF Naples President Tommaso Montini, Tamara Lapucci (Clementoni Consumer Insights Manager), footballer Edoardo Bove (a spokesperson), and street artist Merioone.
"Today we launch the 'Suspended Gift,' an initiative we care deeply about due to its high symbolic value. We've been making it happen for five years thanks to the support of Clementoni: every gift not only makes a child happy, but also supports those living in emergencies through UNICEF aid," said Nicola Graziano, President of UNICEF Italy. "We thank the Santobono Pausilipon Hospital for hosting us, bringing smiles to so many young patients."

The "Suspended Gift" initiative is very important for the well-being of children. It's wonderful to see companies like Clementoni and UNICEF collaborating for such a worthy cause. I hope they can reach many more children in need.
