Naples– Rita De Crescenzo, the Neapolitan TikToker who went viral for her famous tourist caravan to Roccaraso, is back in the spotlight. This time, not for a video or a rally, but for a public outcry against what she calls "a very serious injustice."
The creator, with thousands of followers, says she showed up yesterday morning at the Pallonetto di Santa Lucia polling station to vote, as she had done five months ago. But when she checked in, she was surprised: her name wasn't on the voter rolls.
“I'm not untraceable, I'm not an escapee”
“It’s a disgrace, a real attack on me,” he declared on social media in a series of videos published in the hours that followed.
"They didn't find me on the list, but I live on Via del Pallonetto di Santa Lucia. I live here with my husband and son. He voted, but I didn't. I'm not missing, I haven't escaped."
De Crescenzo also claims that, on the same day, the Carabinieri went to his home to serve a notice, demonstrating "that they know perfectly well where I live."
“They did something very cruel to me”
The TikToker openly accuses: “I convinced a lot of people to go and vote, and they did this enormous evil to me”.
He did not clarify the measure notified by the military, but reiterated that he had never changed his residence nor received any communications regarding any cancellations from the lists.
The case raises questions about the procedures for updating the electoral rolls and why his personal details were incorrect at the time of voting. So far, no official communications have been received from the relevant offices.
Meanwhile, the story is circulating on social media, fueling debate and controversy. De Crescenzo promises to clarify: "It doesn't end here."

It's incredible how such problems can happen, especially to someone with so many followers. I hope the situation is resolved soon for Rita, but there are many errors in the electoral lists that need to be corrected.
