Naples – Good news for the San Pietro a Patierno neighborhood: the municipal stadium on Via Aquino has officially received the permit to host spectators during matches and sporting events. This approval follows an inspection by the Municipal Commission for the Supervision of Places of Public Entertainment, which on November 6th approved the return of spectators to the stands.
The facility, long closed to the public for safety reasons, is now back in use thanks to the technical approval certifying its full suitability. The authorized capacity is 500 seats: 400 reserved for home fans and 100 for visiting fans. This long-awaited reopening marks an important step for an area of the city where amateur football remains a social glue and a community training ground.
The "San Pietro a Patierno" stadium is once again becoming a hub for the local area, hosting matches, tournaments, and shared sports activities. After years of closure and renovations, the reopening gives the neighborhood not just a stadium, but a space for participation and belonging.

It's great that the San Pietro a Patierno stadium is reopening, but I wonder if there are adequate safety measures in place for spectators. The capacity seems a bit limited; perhaps it would be better to increase the number of seats.
