Shots fired overnight in Volla: 42-year-old man wounded in the foot, motive remains a mystery.

Naples - It was around 1:00 a.m. when a 42-year-old man, a resident of Cercola and already known to law enforcement, arrived at the Pellegrini Hospital in Naples with a gunshot wound to his left foot. Paramedics called the Carabinieri after determining the nature of the injury.

According to an initial, still fragmentary reconstruction of the facts, the man was in wanted, near the Palladino Park, when he was approached by people unknown at the time.

The 42-year-old was taken to the hospital, where he remains hospitalized. His condition is not particularly worrying: doctors have given him a 30-day prognosis.
