Castellammare di Stabia - A sigh of relief for Juve Stabia. The much-feared sporting trial, stemming from the investigation into Camorra infiltration that rocked the club just over a month ago, will not take place.

The decision follows the failure of the Public Prosecutor's Office to forward the investigation documents to the FIGC's Federal Prosecutor's Office. Without the documents, the federal prosecutor cannot proceed, effectively closing the sporting strand of the case.

The affair exploded about a month ago with a real judicial earthquake: first the judicial administration order of the club and then arrests and precautionary measures in D'Alessandro clan they had revealed an alleged attempt at infiltration by the well-known Camorra family from Castellammare di Stabia into the management of the club.

The judicial investigation continues to determine the responsibilities and level of involvement of the individuals under investigation, but fans and the club feared serious sporting repercussions, including penalty points or other sanctions.

According to the reconstructions, also reported by TuttosportThe failure to submit the documents would be linked to a precise assessment by the investigators. The risk to the club's former management, from a sporting perspective, would have been limited solely to "failure to supervise" or "failure to control."

The alleged crime was deemed not serious enough to justify the opening of a parallel sporting proceeding, which could have jeopardized the current season.

Meanwhile, Juve Stabia continues to navigate the financial crisis under receivership, but with sporting results that, surprisingly, appear unaffected by the corporate shakeup.

As emphasized by coach Ignazio Abate and sports director Lovisa, the team responded with unity on the pitch, isolating itself from external turbulence. Now, with the sporting threat averted, the club can focus more calmly on the championship, while waiting for ordinary justice to take its course and define the future corporate structure.
