Torre AnnunziataFound with gun and cocaine, acquitted by the court of Torre Annunziata (college D), Luigi La Feltra, grandfather of Pasquale Gionta's son-in-law, accused of possession of weapons and possession of drugs.

During the police operation, €6 in cash was also found, which investigators believe was the proceeds of the illegal activity. A search of La Feltra's home, represented by attorney Antonio Usiello, found a gun in the bathroom and narcotics in his bedroom.

Two other individuals were present with La Feltra. The Public Prosecutor initiated criminal proceedings against two of the three individuals for conspiracy to possess a weapon and possess narcotics. La Feltra decided to proceed to trial under the ordinary procedure and was acquitted.

It's incomprehensible how some people can be acquitted despite the evidence against them. The law should be equal for everyone, and the victims of crimes should not be forgotten.

La Feltra's acquittal is sobering news. It's strange how justice can sometimes be so complex, even when there's clear evidence of illegal activity. We hope these situations will be clarified in the future.
