Arzano– A company operating without an energy contract but still receiving power, thanks to a presumed direct connection to the electricity grid. This is the scenario reconstructed by the Carabinieri of the Arzano station late yesterday afternoon, following an intervention at a plant that produces aluminum and iron window frames.
The military reportedly found that there was no regular supply, even though the lighting and machinery were found to be functioning: hence the charge of electricity theft, with the seizure of the illegal system and technical investigations to quantify the damage.
The company's owners, Luigi Attrice, 32, and his father, 60, were arrested. After the usual formalities, the two were placed under house arrest, awaiting trial, and will face charges of electricity theft and possession of an unlicensed weapon (in addition to further judicial review of the ammunition).
The name of the 32-year-old appears in the investigations into the ella 167 clan
The 32-year-old's name—according to the draft—appears in previous investigative documents related to the criminal context of Zone 167 and the Monfregolo gang; however, this is a contextual reference that, at this time, does not constitute new charges in this proceeding.
Luigi Attrice's name appears in many judicial investigations and precautionary measures concerning the 167 clan and in particular the Monfregolo gang.
