Arzano, a mother makes a U-turn near a school: a young man on a scooter crashes.

Arzano – A dramatic traffic accident occurred shortly after 12:30 today on Via Garibaldi near a school. The mother of a student, presumably in a hurry, reversed her car after picking up her daughter.

A risky maneuver, so much so that a young motorcyclist on a scooter was unable to avoid the impact, crashing into the car and flying several meters.

The speed was not high and the young man in the car suffered non-serious injuries but still such that he had to seek hospital treatment where he was transported on board an ambulance.

The woman and the little girl, shocked by the impact, were not injured. Local police and Carabinieri were on the scene.

Witnesses are being interviewed, while the car and scooter have been seized. This incident has brought to the attention of the residents of Arzano the lack of safety for everyone, especially in school buildings.
