Acerra – Another blow to drug trafficking in the Naples area. Yesterday afternoon, officers from the Acerra Police Station and the Naples Flying Squad arrested a 34-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both residents of the city, on charges of possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
The raid took place on Via Grazia Deledda: the police officers, during an extraordinary operation ordered by the Naples Police Headquarters, noticed a car with the two inside, proceeding cautiously.
Investigative intuition rewarded: when checked, the arrested individuals had a package containing approximately 110 grams of cocaine in their vehicle.

The two were arrested and placed at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The State Police are continuing extraordinary checks throughout the area to combat drug dealing.
