Naples – Campania Regional President Roberto Fico has officially appointed the new Regional Council, composed of ten councilors. This key step marks the operational launch of the new legislature and defines the political and administrative structure that will lead the Region in the coming years.
"I thank the political and civic forces for their discussions and contributions to the formation of the Executive," Fico stated, emphasizing the collegial approach adopted in forming the executive. "We are ready to work to serve the citizens of Campania, deploying our experience, professionalism, and expertise, with care and attention to the local area and a focus on people's needs."
The governor reiterated that the government's actions will be based on responsibility and strong teamwork, which he considers essential to achieving the goals set out in the government's program. "Only by working together can we serve the community's best interests," he added, wishing the new councilors success and extending a message of New Year's greetings to all the citizens of Campania.
In the new structure, Fico has decided to retain the most strategic responsibilities, including Healthcare, Budget, national and European funds, as well as unassigned matters, confirming his central role in the political and administrative leadership of the Region.
