Casavatore - The renovation of the De Curtis complex is part of an urban regeneration project funded by the Ministry of the Interior. The budget, set in 2020, is approximately €1.700.000, with funds allocated to renovations to the roof, walls, fixtures, and systems.
The specific interventions included waterproofing, plastering, replacement of external fixtures, external and internal painting, replacement of heating valves, gym systems and painting, external fitness area and creation of a small parking lot with access from Via Meucci.

The project and construction management were entrusted to engineer Pasquale De Luca, an external professional. The activities, starting with the funding request, were managed, on behalf of the municipality, by the areas of land management, public works, technical consulting, and finally public works and maintenance, with the identification of responsibilities over time for architect Raffaele Ziello, surveyor Francesco Venturelli, surveyor Pasquale Molaro, and engineer Rossella Gifuni, with the collaboration of the office in the form of officials Teresa Impero and engineer Sebatiano Coppola (cohesion).
