INPS announces a significant increase in its workforce with the hiring of 4.800 new employees, a crucial step to meet the growing demand for services and ensure greater efficiency, directly impacting the quality of care offered to citizens and businesses.

INPS's workforce continues to be strengthened with a hiring plan that will lead to the hiring of approximately 4.800 new employees. The decisions were made by the Board of Directors at its meetings on November 26, December 3, and December 17, and complement existing and ongoing competitive procedures. The stated goal is to structurally strengthen the Institute, responding to the growing demand for services and ensuring greater operational efficiency.

The plan includes new competitive examination procedures that will lead to the hiring of approximately 2.200 positions, spread across various professional profiles, in addition to another 2.600 hires resulting from existing procedures. A significant portion of the strengthening will also involve mobility, with the addition to INPS positions of officials and managers assigned to regional and provincial directorates, the metropolitan coordination offices of Milan, Naples, and Rome, and the General Directorate.

In addition to the new hires, the plan also includes the retention of existing staff across various professional areas and the launch of additional independent competitive exams that will allow the Institute to recruit technical, IT, administrative, and managerial positions, as well as teaching staff for the San Bartolomeo High School in Sansepolcro. A significant contribution will also come from the single RIPAM competitive exam, which will lead to the hiring of numerous service assistants selected through Formez.

All calls for tenders and notices relating to the planned procedures will be published by December 31st. With this intervention, INPS aims to consolidate the process of strengthening its structures and improve the quality of services offered to citizens and businesses nationwide.

The idea of hiring 4800 new employees seems like a good one, but I hope a careful selection process is conducted to avoid mistakes. Competitions must be clear, and the procedures must be well communicated to everyone.
