Naples – More bloodshed on the streets of Naples. Last night, shortly before midnight, a violent collision between two cars on Via Tasso turned a quiet evening into tragedy.
A 13-year-old girl, traveling with her grandfather, suffered significant injuries: a broken tooth and a torn lip. The driver of the other car, Enrico Coppola, recounts the terrifying moments: "Suddenly, I found her on top of me. She took the curve at the International Hospital incorrectly and crossed into my lane."

Torre Annunziata, police raid: 457 people identified and 90 traffic violations in just a few hours.
The dynamics are unmistakable: high speed and loss of control. The damage to both cars testifies to the violence of the impact, sufficient to paralyze city traffic for hours. On the scene were Francesco Emilio Borrelli, MP for the Green Left Alliance, along with Gianni Caselli and Lorenzo Pascucci, councilors for Green Europe, who were unsparing in their criticism: "Once again, speed is the primary cause. Our roads are being transformed into racing circuits, and it is always the innocent victims who pay the price. This madness must end."
Coppola looks with hope to the video surveillance systems: "There's a camera at that point, I hope it sheds light on the accident." The investigation will determine who's responsible, but one thing is certain: in Naples, the war against unruly four-wheelers is far from over.
