Pagani – A 29-year-old local man, already under precautionary measures for extortion and mistreatment of his mother and grandfather, was arrested red-handed by Carabinieri from the Pagani station.
The incident occurred this morning, when the man violated the restraining order on entering and leaving the family home, entering his maternal grandfather's home without authorization. The police were immediately alerted, located him, detained him on the spot, and arrested him for violating judicial orders.
The suspect, known to law enforcement for previous incidents of domestic violence, was placed under the precautionary measure precisely because of his continued harassment of his close family members. The Nocera Inferiore Public Prosecutor's Office has validated the arrest: the man is now at the disposal of the judicial authorities pending a summary hearing.
