Portici – Casa Riformista announces its support for the initiative launched by Fernando Farroni to "unite progressive energies" in the city. In a statement, regional councilor Ciro Buonajuto calls Farroni's appeal "the start of a journey capable of ushering in a new era, grounded in expertise and vision," assuring the movement's willingness "to do its part."
Buonajuto also recalls his past institutional relationships with Farroni: "I met and interacted with Fernando when he was deputy mayor of Portici and I was mayor of Ercolano. I appreciated his courtesy, political acumen, and administrative expertise: essential qualities for building a solid and credible progressive coalition in Portici."
Davide Borrelli, the most voted city councilor in the last local elections, echoes this sentiment, speaking of a commitment to the local community: "We are ready to actively participate in building the progressive camp, fielding a list that represents the local community and its needs."
Borrelli also expressed his "full appreciation" for Farroni, whom he credits with "listening, synthesizing, and dialoguing skills" as useful elements in "holding together the coalition's diverse spirits."

It's a step forward for our city, but I hope these aren't just words. A concrete commitment from everyone is needed to make Farroni's ideas work and not remain in limbo. I hope for the best.
