He disposed of the company's materials by abandoning them inside the retail food market on Via Fasano in Pozzuoli. He was caught by municipal surveillance cameras, which allowed the municipal police to reconstruct the entire operation and identify the man.
The officers, led by Commander Fabio Felice De Silva, documented multiple transits of the van used to transport polystyrene boxes and food waste, which were left inside the market area instead of being disposed of according to proper procedures. The Environmental Police team, coordinated by Lieutenant Leandro Faggiano, subsequently identified the perpetrator and issued fines.
The man was fined €3, in addition to the administrative seizure of the vehicle used for the illegal waste transport. This action is part of the organization's efforts to monitor the area and combat environmental crimes.
"Environmental protection and preservation are essential pillars of daily life. We are working to always guarantee these rights for our community," says Commander De Silva, emphasizing the Municipal Police's ongoing commitment to urban decorum and legality.

I agree with you. It's true that more controls are needed, but raising public awareness is also important. People often don't consider the consequences of their actions on the environment and their health.
This article is very interesting, but I don't understand why someone would abandon waste in a food market. The fine seems fair, but I think more controls are needed to prevent this type of situation.
