The Forestry Carabinieri of Castel Volturno, engaged in the 1515 environmental emergency shift, intervened in the "Parco Falciata" area of San Tammaro following a report from the Naples Control Room regarding an alleged illegal waste disposal by leveling an agricultural plot of land.

On-site, the military confirmed work to raise the natural ground level, carried out through extensive backfilling of foreign materials and ongoing leveling. The material used was found to be recycled aggregate from the milling of asphalt road surfaces.

The work was carried out without any permit required by municipal urban planning and building regulations. Consequently, the Carabinieri Forestali ordered the seizure of the entire agricultural land and reported the tenant to the police for urban planning and building transformation without a permit.
