The target of the shooter was the home of a local woman with no criminal record, who found herself catapulted into a waking nightmare. According to initial reports, an unknown man approached the building and opened fire, firing several shots at the house's facade and windows.

Only by a fortunate coincidence were there any injuries: the bullets missed the woman, who was inside, leaving her unharmed but in shock.

Law enforcement responded immediately. Carabinieri from the Castello di Cisterna Company rushed to the scene, supported by officers from the local Sant'Anastasia station, who cordoned off the area to conduct ballistic tests and secure the area.
