Sarno – A young local man was arrested by Sarno police for failing to comply with an order to leave his family home.
The man, already subject to a precautionary measure following repeated aggressive behavior toward his father, had continued to violate the provisions imposed by the judicial authorities despite having a criminal record for robbery and extortion.

The violations were repeated over time, forcing investigators to tighten the measures. In addition to being removed from the family home, the young man had also been banned from residing in the province of Salerno. Officers located him within the province, in flagrant violation of both orders.
The arrest was validated by the Court of Nocera Inferiore, which, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, ordered his pre-trial detention. The judge's decision ended a cycle of repeated criminal behavior that endangered the safety of the parent and the entire community.

It's incredible that this young man didn't respect the rules given to him, despite having a criminal record. Violating the distancing measures is a sign of disrespect towards authority and his family.
