Arzano – Parents and students at the De Filippo-Vico middle school protested yesterday outside the town hall against the heating, which has been out since January 7th due to a boiler failure.
The boiler didn't restart after the Christmas holidays and is having trouble starting it. A technician is supposed to come every morning, but their arrival isn't guaranteed, leaving classrooms and corridors in the bitter cold of recent days.
Many mothers are keeping their children at home to avoid health risks. One of them, visibly embittered, declared: "How can a municipality not address a problem like this? It's a scandal. We will send a letter of protest to the prefect of Naples."
The case raises questions about the local administration's management of school facilities, with parents demanding immediate action to ensure lessons run smoothly.

It's unacceptable for schools to be without heating for so long, especially in this cold weather. There should be more regular checks and maintenance so students can study without problems.
