Naples Mayor Gaetano Manfredi announced on social media the upcoming reopening of the Molo San Vincenzo. After months of construction, the structure will soon be accessible to Neapolitans and tourists, transforming an area "for too long denied" into one of the city's new lungs.

"This construction site is a fundamental step towards giving back to the city a space that has been denied for too long," states the resident of Palazzo San Giacomo in a video accompanied by images of the work in progress. The project includes a remarkable promenade that will enter the port, restoring these long-forgotten spaces to the city's residents.

The heliport platform will no longer be a simple technical facility but will become an open space capable of hosting events and concerts, with a unique view of the gulf. With the restoration of the pier and the Bourbon wall, the administration is giving the city back areas dedicated to entertainment, sports, and the enjoyment of the sea.

"Finally," Manfredi concludes, "we are reclaiming, restoring, and restoring another historic and extraordinarily beautiful space in our city."
