Yet another argument erupted this morning in Capriolo, Brescia, within a Neapolitan family. A 51-year-old man, Pasquale Raccioppoli, struck his wife, Rita Manganelli, 45, seriously injuring her neck with a pair of scissors found in the kitchen.

The woman, rushed to Brescia Civil Hospital, was admitted with a critical prognosis, but her life is not in danger. According to the reconstruction, the 45-year-old had filed a complaint against her husband for mistreatment only a few days ago. A Code Red alert was activated, and she left the family home after reporting repeated abuse. It remains unclear why she returned home to sleep last night.

The attack occurred around 9.30:118 a.m. The argument, which began inside the apartment, spilled out into the street: the woman managed to escape in her pajamas, calling for help while bleeding profusely. She was rescued by emergency personnel under the watchful eye of several neighbors, who reported frequent arguments within the family.

It was one of the residents who called for help and the police, alarmed by the woman's condition.

The couple lives in Capriolo, in a first-floor apartment in a centrally located building with a courtyard. Their three children, one of whom is a minor, were not at home at the time of the attack: they have been staying with a relative in Campania for weeks.

Carabinieri from the Chiari branch responded to the scene and arrested the man. Raccioppoli, a professional security guard, admitted his responsibility and told investigators about a strained relationship with his wife. He was taken to prison on charges of attempted femicide.

The weapon used, initially identified as a knife, was later identified as a pair of scissors, seized by order of the magistrate on duty Iacopo Berardi.

This is good, you can see it from his eyebrows. A man who does his eyebrows like a woman is not well in the head. Go and dig the land so when you come back in the evening you are tired and you only think about eating and then going to bed. This also applies to women. When you start a family, think carefully first.

Shit is and shit was…what the fuck fascinates you about a subhuman enough to even reproduce with these homunculus…. wrong choices lead to tragic consequences…and blaming “love” is foolish…. may justice condemn him… now that the fact is accomplished…it doesn't eradicate the problem

All things considered, it's right that she's in prison. But let's call a spade a spade: ATTEMPTED MURDER! Femicide is a crime that doesn't exist in legal terms.

I'm sorry that you men speak against your fellow men, today in the family there is no respect anymore, I'm telling you this as someone who goes around many families, and I tell you some women don't even respect their children.

This situation is truly alarming; it's unclear why the woman returned home after reporting her husband. Domestic violence should be stopped before more serious things happen, like this one, unfortunately.

Matteo Borrelli, I won't allow you to offend me. Everyone is as excited as I am not. Don't offend the category that doesn't deserve this contempt.

Antonio Fucito, don't mention it... I've just been seeing a lot of stories involving security guards lately... I certainly didn't mean to offend the profession.
