Naples – Two minors, aged 15 and 16, both from Naples, have been reported by the State Police for a serious incident that occurred on January 15 in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood.

According to investigators' reconstruction, the two youths allegedly threw an electric scooter from the upper terrace of the Ser.D. building in Piazzale Tecchio. The scooter struck a woman who was walking in the area below, causing such injuries that she needed to be urgently transferred to Cardarelli Hospital.

Immediate investigations clarified the circumstances of the incident. Analysis of video surveillance footage in the area was crucial, allowing the alleged perpetrators to be identified: after throwing the scooter, the two men apparently quickly drove away on a moped.

It's incredible how two kids could do something like this. Throwing a scooter off a terrace is extremely dangerous and should never be done. I hope they receive appropriate punishment for this irresponsible act.
