The police checked a car in Melito carrying the 30-year-old, finding him in possession of a 6,35 caliber Beretta semi-automatic pistol.

The man also had war weapons in his home, hidden inside the motor of an air conditioner located on the attic floor. In fact, two M70 AB2 rifles were found.
Furthermore, the police checked the home of the 30-year-old's partner in the historic center of Naples, where they found another 13 blocks of hashish weighing a total of approximately 1,3 kg.
At that time, the officers checked the 25-year-old's home in the same area, where they found a 6,35 caliber semi-automatic pistol with five rounds of the same caliber.
Subsequent checks allowed the officers to find in a local garage, located in Melito di Napoli, three .357 magnum revolvers, a 20-gauge pump-action shotgun, 312 cartridges of various calibers, 29 blocks of hashish weighing a total of approximately 3 kg, six bags containing approximately 650 grams of marijuana, 32 bags of cocaine weighing a total of approximately 2 kg, and two bulletproof vests.
