Bologna – The alleged perpetrator of the murder of Alessandro Ambrosio, a 34-year-old train conductor, stabbed to death in the employee parking lot at Bologna station, has been identified.

According to preliminary investigations, the wanted man is Jelenic Marin, a 36-year-old Croatian citizen, previously reported for incidents of violence on railways. The suspect is currently on the run: it is believed he fled on a train.

According to leaked information, Ambrosio worked as a train conductor for Trenitalia on medium- to long-distance routes. A statistics graduate, he chose to follow in the footsteps of his father, a railway worker. Those who knew him described him as a "kind and polite" person, a trait that colleagues and acquaintances remembered even in the hours following the tragedy, with numerous messages of condolence appearing on social media and in internal staff chats.

The dynamics of the aggression

The murder is believed to have occurred around 6:30 PM yesterday, January 5, on Viale Pietramellara, in the parking area designated for railway personnel. Ambrosio was walking to the parking lot when he was allegedly stabbed in the abdomen. Initial reports suggest a sudden attack, possibly from behind, in a context that remains unclear.

An Italo employee reportedly found the train conductor lying on the ground, raising the alarm and alerting the railway police, who were the first to arrive on the scene. Emergency medical services also arrived, but there was nothing they could do for Ambrosio: he died shortly thereafter from his serious injuries.

The investigations and the escape

The investigation is being coordinated by the Bologna Public Prosecutor's Office. Public Prosecutor Michele Martorelli attended the scene, while the operational investigations were initiated by the Railway Police, who are working to precisely reconstruct the victim's route, any contact she had in the preceding hours, and the presence of security cameras that could help identify the attacker's movements.

The motive, at this stage, has not been clarified: it remains to be understood why Ambrosio was targeted and whether the attack was linked to dynamics that developed in the workplace or to an impromptu episode in the airport area.

In a statement, the Bologna police union (SIULP) announced that "based on initial investigation findings, the person responsible has been identified, confirming the effectiveness and determination of the investigation." The manhunt continues: the leading hypothesis is that the wanted man escaped using the railway network.

They shouldn't be arrested... Because they'll throw them out anyway, but the same thing he did to this poor boy should be done...

We have now lost control of these characters. We should make much stricter laws and enforce them, and anyone who does not comply should be expelled.

For the Judges (more or less politicized), the murderer (already identified), a subspecies of human waste, should have been free to roam around Bologna and perhaps, even free to kill…
Here… Another example of the urgency of a radical reform of justice.
In this case, the judge who released this murderer without immediately expelling him from Italian territory must pay the fine and be tried for complicity in murder.
Justice reform is urgent…
Vote YES…

The reform provides for the separation of careers between prosecuting magistrates (i.e., public prosecutors) and judges. It also changes the composition of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, which will be divided into two separate bodies. It also establishes a High Disciplinary Court charged with evaluating and sanctioning any abuse or negligence by magistrates.

What we have in Italy are these people who roam around Italy without controls and make mistakes and that poor guy who went to work is underground, what do we want to talk about because these people are also protected, he's in his country, he's sentenced to life in prison

In Italy. What a disgusting judge and magistrate, you should be ashamed of yourself in Italy. To clean up Italy? We need German judges and magistrates. Which ones are they?

He knows he can take advantage of the possibility of being judged by a law that guarantees and is political, so he is very calm, as if he had killed a fly, not a poor devil.

What does this bullshit you wrote have to do with this post?! You should have the reform explained to you in a basic way, since you don't understand a damn thing.

Ciro Amalfitano right!
Damn all these criminals who instead of rotting in jail go around (often dressed all the same) sometimes meeting in stadiums to then devastate everything, other times in political rallies or in nostalgic reenactments or worse,
administering without fear of arrest for corruption or simply knowing that as parliamentarians they enjoy immunity that has become impunity…
But even street criminals should be arrested, just as criminals should be in jail (but legal protections are increasingly being granted to criminals... to the delight of the infamous red judges who apply increasingly "tolerant" laws). Fortunately, there have been no more landings and invasions of illegal immigrants since the current government took office... and consequently, neither have the criminal organizations that exploit them.
Come on, it could be worse! We could be a doormat for some foreign power and pass more laws that give criminals rights, perhaps not just warning them before arrest or searches, but perhaps even providing them with a fast car and a suitcase full of cash...
But with the separation of careers… we'll solve everything…

Enough with laws that allow illegal foreign criminals to remain in this country committing crimes for years, injuring, raping and killing.

The murder of Alessandro Ambrosio is very sad and worrying news. It's important that the authorities clarify what happened and find the perpetrator to ensure everyone's safety. Investigations are essential.
