They were prowling the streets of Caserta at night with a cargo that left no doubt. The intervention of the Carabinieri of the Caserta Company's Operational and Radiomobile Unit, who intercepted a suspicious vehicle during a patrol, averting potentially far more serious consequences, resulted in four charges and a criminal seizure.

The officers' attention was drawn to a Fiat Punto with four passengers traveling along Via delle Querce with unusual movements. This was enough to trigger a check. During the investigation, the Carabinieri's hunch was immediately confirmed: inside the vehicle, they found numerous tools linked to illegal activities, typical of nighttime intrusions and forced entry.

The seized material, taken as a whole, painted a disturbing picture and reinforced suspicions of possible imminent use. In light of these findings, the four occupants of the car, aged between 21 and 40, all from the Naples area and already known to law enforcement, were reported to the Judicial Authorities at liberty for possession of offensive objects and unauthorized possession of burglary tools.

The recovered material was placed under criminal seizure, while the four were also offered a mandatory expulsion order, a measure aimed at strengthening urban security and preventing further incidents in the area. The Judicial Authority was promptly informed by the Caserta Company's Mobile Radio Section, which monitored every phase of the operation.

Once again, a seemingly routine check proved decisive, confirming the importance of nighttime surveillance and the constant presence of law enforcement as a concrete barrier against predatory crimes.
