TORINO - "I have little to say or blame on my players, who gave it their all. For the first time in my career, I brought on a player I'd never seen in training: this explains the situation we're experiencing.", declared Antonio Conte to Sky Sport microphones after Napoli's heavy 3-0 defeat at the Stadium against Juventus.

We know this situation exists, but we shouldn't cry. We're sailing in high seas, but we're not leaving the boat: we want to fight with all our strength, knowing this is an unbelievable situation., added the coach, underlining the resilience of his team.

On the match, Conte commented: "The impression was that as long as the game was 1-0, it was balanced; there was a sense that something could happen to equalize. After conceding the second goal, they opened up space and scored the third as well."

Regarding the episode between Hojlund and Bremer, the coach said: "These are on-field situations. We're talking too much, and that's not good because sometimes it provokes reactions that aren't right. We always hope for honesty; we hope for clean football. If there's going to be a mistake, it has to be a human one: perhaps it was better before VAR, because it's hard to accept a mistake with a video."

Conte's statement seems a bit exaggerated to me, but on the other hand, it's true that the players gave their all. It's hard to accept certain defeats, especially in such a crucial match for the season.
