A special Epiphany for the young patients admitted to Pausilipon Hospital, the pediatric oncology center of the Santobono Pausilipon National Hospital. For the Epiphany, a delegation from SSC Napoli visited the children and their families, bestowing gifts, smiles, and moments of genuine happiness.
After the training, Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Alessandro Buongiorno, and Sam Beukema spent a few hours in the wards, sharing games and words of encouragement with the young patients. An initiative capable of easing, even if only for a few hours, the difficult treatment journey faced by children with cancer.
The visit is not an isolated incident, but is part of a broader program of joint activities launched thanks to a recently signed agreement between SSC Napoli and the Santobono Pausilipon Foundation. The agreement includes charitable and fundraising activities, as well as initiatives for hospitalized children, including the opportunity to attend Napoli matches at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
Rodolfo Conenna, general director of the AORN Santobono Pausilipon, expressed his satisfaction: "Welcoming Napoli players to the hospital means giving our young patients and their families a moment of joy and lightheartedness. We thank SSC Napoli for choosing to work with us on a journey that goes beyond a symbolic gesture and represents a concrete investment in solidarity and social responsibility."

Tommaso Bianchini, General Manager – Business Area of SSC Napoli, also emphasized the initiative's desire for continuity: "This isn't a one-off gesture, but the beginning of a stable and concrete relationship with Santobono Pausilipon, which puts children and their families at the center, offering moments of serenity also through football."
The Epiphany visit marks only the first step in a journey that will continue over the coming months, with a shared goal: to bring smiles, concrete support, and new opportunities to hospitalized children and their families.

It's wonderful that the Napoli players went to visit the children in the hospital. These moments can make a difference for those who are ill, and having a smile is important for the health of the little ones. I hope they continue.
