At the New Teatro Troisi, the artistic season continues, showcasing the most recognizable and popular comedy, the kind that speaks to the present with apparent lightheartedness. Taking the stage are Gigi & Ross, aka Luigi Esposito and Rosario Morra, who celebrate twenty-five years of artistic partnership with the show "Bombask!".
A quarter of a century shared between radio, television, theater, and film, spanning languages, fashions, and generations without ever losing their comic instincts and that quintessentially Neapolitan ability to observe reality, distorting it with intelligence and irony. On stage from January 8th to 18th at 9:00 PM (Sunday the 11th at 6:00 PM and Sunday the 18th at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM), the duo takes audiences on a compelling and explosive journey into their artistic imagination.

“Bombask! 25 years together” is a series of sketches, monologues, improvisations and musical forays that retrace the characters and most beloved moments of their career: from the parodies that made them famous to Le Iene and Zelig, to the imitations of Tiziano Ferro, Zero Assoluto and Stefano De Martino, passing through the catchphrases of Made in Sud and the irreverent caricatures inspired by the universe of Gomorrah.
A fast-paced show, alternating between social satire and observational comedy, bringing to the stage the echoes of an entire generation raised on television, radio, and theater, recognizing themselves in that laughter that, for twenty-five years, has continued to be a mirror and antidote to everyday life. At the New Troisi, the theater directed and managed by Pino Oliva, the talented Gigi & Ross aren't just celebrating an anniversary: they're telling a story shared with the audience, one of memory, transformation, and a desire to laugh.

I read the article and found the artistic season at the New Teatro Troisi interesting. I wonder if the shows are suitable for everyone or only for a certain audience. Comedy is always a subjective subject.
