The incident occurred in the evening in Marigliano and ended with the arrest of a man and a woman by the Carabinieri of the local station.
The young woman was walking when the two approached her. The action was swift: her phone was violently snatched away, and the robbers quickly fled. The minor's screams, however, attracted the attention of the Carabinieri officers who were nearby.

Sebastiano Ruggiero, 41, from Cicciano, and Concetta Matteucci, 24, from Comiziano, were arrested. Both, already known to law enforcement, were transferred to prison. They will face charges of improper robbery.
