Naples – The Carabinieri of the Operational Unit of the Napoli Stella Company today served a precautionary detention order issued by the investigating judge of the Naples Juvenile Court. The order concerns three young people under investigation—two 15-year-olds and a 14-year-old—who are considered seriously suspected of conspiracy to commit attempted robbery.
The operation stems from a rapid investigation conducted by the same officers following the attack on a 17-year-old on October 28th in the Stella area. Thanks to a detailed analysis of surveillance footage and witness statements, investigators reconstructed the incident: the three minors approached the victim armed with knives, striking her with slashes to snatch her cell phone.
The Juvenile Court Prosecutor's Office has requested prison time due to the group's dangerousness, highlighting the use of a bladed weapon in broad daylight. Investigations are continuing to identify any accomplices or similar precedents in the area, a region already known for incidents of juvenile petty crime.
