The 60-year-old will serve a total sentence of 3 years and 18 days in prison for a series of definitive convictions accumulated over the years. The charges include fraud, aggravated theft, and unauthorized possession of altered keys or lock picks.
The criminal conduct occurred over a very long period of time, between 2012 and 2025, and in various locations: Naples, Sapri (province of Salerno), and Russi, in the province of Ravenna. The concurrent sentences measure consolidated the various final sentences, allowing the remaining prison sentence to be served.
After the usual formalities, the arrested man was taken to the Naples prison to await final transfer to the appropriate penitentiary to serve his sentence.
This is a routine operation by law enforcement as part of the execution of final sentences, but it highlights once again how criminal proceedings, even years later, can end with the arrest of a suspect in flagrante delicto, or with the issuance of a precautionary or executive order.
