Naples – An escape attempt lasting a few kilometers was followed by a stop and the discovery of the illegal cargo. The journey ended with two men, both from the province of Salerno, arrested by the State Police on charges of transportation and possession with intent to distribute narcotics.
The operation began on December 29th along the arteries connecting the highway to the municipalities north of Naples. Patrols from the Naples North and Angri Traffic Police Subsections, engaged in a coordinated patrol, noticed a suspicious small car traveling southbound. Upon seeing the officers, the driver made a sudden maneuver, leaving the A1 highway and heading toward the Casalnuovo di Napoli exit, clearly attempting to disappear and evade detection.
The move didn't surprise the Highway Patrol officers, who reached and stopped the vehicle shortly thereafter. It was the obvious nervousness displayed by the two occupants during the identification process that prompted the officers to conduct a thorough search of the vehicle. Their investigative instincts were immediately confirmed: hidden under the passenger seat, the officers found a bag containing 12 blocks of narcotics.
Subsequent analyses confirmed that the drugs were cannabinoids, weighing approximately 6,7 kilograms. Along with the drugs, approximately €700 in cash was found and seized, believed to be the proceeds of the illegal activity.
By order of the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Naples North Court, which coordinated the operation, the two men from Salerno were arrested and taken to the "G. Salvia" prison in Poggioreale. In addition to the drugs and cash, the vehicle used for transportation was also seized.

Well done, but people who wear a uniform shouldn't be discriminated against, they should be admired only by those who commit crimes and don't admire them for their daily work, so they are useless people for this society.
Southerners live like this…..!!!!!
It was a strange incident that makes you wonder how people can think they can escape and avoid detection. The police did a good job stopping them before they could cause further damage. I hope justice is served.
Exemplary punishments

Lavespa Chepunge you are directly involved, MOSE, state railway contracts, City Life contracts, big things
Personally, I think it's more important who steals from houses, the drug issue only concerns who buys and who sells
