Naples – The death of a 20-year-old man, who died today inside a home in the Pianura neighborhood, in the western part of the city, appears to be linked to drug use.

The boy was at a friend's house when he suddenly felt ill. Emergency personnel were called to the scene, but all attempts to provide assistance were futile: there was nothing they could do for the twenty-year-old.

Officers from the Office of General Prevention and Public Aid of the Naples Police Headquarters, along with the public prosecutor on duty from the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, responded to the apartment. Investigations are underway to clarify the circumstances of the death and reconstruct what happened in the preceding hours.

The body remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities for any medical-legal examinations.
