Naples – Municipal Police conducted a raid in the historic center and the Phlegraean Fields to address nightlife irregularities. Officers from the Avvocata Operational Unit, working with the Carabinieri, combed the Spanish Quarters, focusing on Vico Lungo Gelso, Vico Tre Regine, and Vico Due Porte a Toledo.
The operation resulted in 14 administrative violations totaling approximately €16. Among the most serious offenses were illegal occupation of public land, broadcasting music and lighting without permits, serving food and drinks without authorization, and illegal video surveillance.
Checks have been extended to Calata Trinità Maggiore, Via San Sebastiano, and Vico San Giovanni, with fines for lack of a noise permit and the sale of alcohol after 3 a.m.
In the western area, the Fuorigrotta and Soccavo units monitored closing times and alcohol bans. No irregularities were reported elsewhere, but in Bagnoli, four public establishments received 11 fines: no Scia (license plates) for signs and awnings, no alcohol-related signs with rates, and no breathalyzers for customers.
