Naples – A late afternoon ambush occurred in the Conocal neighborhood of Ponticelli. A 24-year-old man, Alfredo Clemente, was shot while he was outside his home on Via Il Flauto Magico.
According to an initial reconstruction, still being examined by investigators, some unknown individuals in a car opened fire on the young man, hitting him in the right buttock, before quickly driving away.
Clemente was rescued and rushed to Villa Betania Hospital, where he was admitted with a red code. His condition, however, is not considered life-threatening.
The Carabinieri of the Naples Poggioreale Company are investigating the incident, working to clarify the dynamics of the ambush and identify those responsible. At the moment, no leads have been ruled out.

What a shame it could have been a lot less
But they get along among themselves
It's very sad that things like this happen in our country; violence should never be the solution. I hope the authorities can find the perpetrators and bring justice to those who suffered this terrible event.
