More violence erupted overnight in Naples. A shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning in the Spanish Quarter, in the heart of the city, where a father and son were injured in a violent attack. The victims are the father and brother of Fabio Pisacane, Cagliari's coach, who is from the very neighborhood where the incident occurred.
According to an initial reconstruction, around 4 am three people attacked the two men in Vico Lungo Teatro Nuovo, a few steps away from the nightlife venues.
For reasons still under investigation, the 68-year-old was reportedly kicked and punched, while his 28-year-old son was hit by at least two gunshots to the right leg, fired by one of the attackers.

It's truly unacceptable that such violent incidents occur in our neighborhood. We must do something to stop this cycle of violence that affects innocent people, especially families like Pisacane's.
