The Carabinieri of San Cipriano d'Aversa continue their relentless efforts to combat illegal waste dumping, one of the area's most serious environmental problems. During targeted checks on Via Calitta, officers discovered a large agricultural area transformed into an illegal landfill, containing car carcasses, tires, scrap plastic and metal, sheet metal, and various other materials.

The area was immediately placed under seizure to prevent further illegal use and to allow for cleanup operations. Investigations by the Carabinieri, conducted in collaboration with the Municipal Technical Office, led to the identification of the landowners: nine people were reported at large for violations of environmental regulations.

During the same service, two citizens were caught abandoning waste along the road, including plastic, polystyrene, fabric, and cardboard. The Fiat Panda used to transport the materials was seized, and those responsible were charged under the Consolidated Environmental Act.

In total, the operations led to the filing of charges against 11 people, while investigations are ongoing to identify any additional perpetrators. The Carabinieri's action confirms the police's ongoing commitment to combating environmental crimes and protecting the environment.

An area transformed into an illegal landfill, industrial processing without the necessary permits, and irregular waste management. This is the result of an operation conducted by the Carabinieri in Marcianise, in the heart of the so-called Land of Fires, where enforcement efforts to combat environmental crimes continue.

Officers from the local station, supported by the Carabinieri Forestry Unit, reported a thirty-one-year-old businessman, owner of a metalwork business, at large. The operation is part of a targeted effort to combat crimes that threaten the local area and public health.

It's important that the Carabinieri continue to carry out checks against waste dumping, but it's also important to educate people on how to properly dispose of waste to avoid situations like this in the future.
