The Caserta Provincial Police are intensifying operations against environmental crimes in the area after finding large quantities of textile waste dumped along the roads. Colonel Biagio Chiariello is leading the effort, coordinating a series of inspections at businesses in the province.
Investigations lead to the San Nicola la Strada company
Investigations have uncovered serious environmental violations at a textile company located in San Nicola la Strada. The owner, a woman born in 1984, was found responsible for accumulating textile waste beyond permitted volume limits and failing to comply with the storage procedures required by the Single Environmental Authorization.
Report and fine of 13 euros
Following the operation, the entrepreneur was reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere and fined approximately €13. The Provincial Police emphasized that enforcement activities will continue in the coming days, with the aim of protecting the environment and the health of the community.
