Turin – The Immaculate Conception Sisters, who run the private institute on Via Vestigné in Barriera di Milano where the victim works, have filed a claim for damages of one million euros against the gang led by TikToker Don Alì (real name Alì Said), 24, known as the "king of the maranza."
The extrajudicial warning, assisted by lawyer Davide Salvo, is addressed jointly to the three young men involved in the attack of October 21, 2025: Don Alì and two accomplices (a 24-year-old and a 27-year-old), already under investigation for stalking and aggravated defamation.
The nuns dispute the seriousness of the incident, the physical and verbal abuse suffered by the first-grade teacher, and—most importantly—the serious, unfounded accusations of pedophilia and abuse spread online. In the viral video posted by Don Alì himself (which remained visible on social media from October 23 to November 17), the teacher is seen surrounded and verbally assaulted while holding the hand of his terrified three-year-old daughter.
The TikToker insulted him, calling him a "pedophile," and threatened him, while one of those present filmed the scene. The Flying Squad's investigation later denied any charges against the teacher, confirming instead that the act was harassing.
The institute emphasizes the "very serious damage to the reputation" of the school, its staff, and the families of approximately 180 preschool and elementary school students: the broadcast of the video exposed the school's entrance and offended the congregation's "honor, decorum, professional dignity, and good name." Next step: action against the alleged instigator.
Attorney Salvo is preparing a second compensation request, this time addressed to a local boxing instructor, suspected of inciting the three young men to "talk" to the teacher about an alleged wrong suffered by his partner's son (which has never been proven).
According to the reconstruction, the man fueled the punitive expedition. Don Alì, arrested in November 2025 after hiding in a cellar in Barriera di Milano, is in prison (now in Aosta) on stalking charges. The prosecutor's office has requested an immediate trial, while the defense has requested a psychiatric evaluation.
The two accomplices are under a signatory obligation. The nuns, despite having expressed words of Christian forgiveness towards their attackers in the past, now say they are determined to obtain financial justice, including to protect the serenity of the school community and the job of the teacher, who has returned to the classroom after a long period of trauma.
He had presented himself as an official, ready to "verify" jewelry and cash on behalf of the Court. In reality, it was the final act of a well-orchestrated scam that netted approximately €70 to the detriment of an elderly couple from Turin. For those events, the police executed a precautionary detention order against a 37-year-old Neapolitan man, arrested in Naples by officers from the San Ferdinando police station on the orders of the Turin investigating judge.
The incident dates back to October 21st, when the couple's husband received a phone call on his landline. On the other end, a self-styled Carabinieri officer urged him to report urgently to the Carabinieri station on Via Catania, claiming that his car had been involved in a robbery. The man, frightened and convinced of the call's veracity, immediately left the house.
He had holed up in the basement of a building on the northern outskirts of Turin, in the Barriera di Milano neighborhood, protected by a group of friends. No smartphone in hand, no live broadcast, no video to turn into viral content. It was there that the Turin Police Headquarters' Flying Squad, coordinated by the prosecutor's office, arrested Said Ali, 24...
