Giugliano – A suspicious approach between two cars, a word too many, or perhaps just the timing of a patrol patrolling the area.
Carmine Roma, a 22-year-old from Naples, and Eugenio Nocera, a resident of Qualiano, were arrested this afternoon after being caught by Carabinieri officers from the Giugliano mobile radio unit while they were stopped in their vehicles on Via Orsa Maggiore.
The behavior of the two, standing side by side in an area that immediately aroused the officers' suspicions, prompted an immediate search. What seemed like a simple meeting turned out to be a full-fledged mobile drug dealing base.
During the search of the vehicles, the Carabinieri found a vast assortment of narcotics: cocaine, crack, and marijuana, already packaged and ready to be distributed to the local retail market. In addition to the drugs, the officers seized €860 in cash, believed to be the proceeds of the day's illicit activity.
The two men were arrested on charges of possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and are now awaiting trial before the Judicial Authorities.

The article talks about two young men arrested for drug trafficking, but I don't understand how it's possible that there are still people dealing drugs in an area like this. The situation is complicated and the authorities need to step up their controls.
