There's an anticipation that evokes community and lasting memories for the evening of Saturday, February 7th, when at 8:30 pm, the Teatro Acacia del Vomero will open its doors to something beyond the show. On stage and in the audience, stories, relationships, and dreams finally realized will converge, on the final evening of the "Nida For You" project promoted by Nida Onlus Campania, led by coordinator Chiara Migliaccio.

The heart of the event will be the show "Grisù, Giuseppe e Maria" by Francesco Procopio and Stefano Sarcinelli, adapted and directed by Pierluigi Iorio, a theatrical work combining irony and emotion, lightheartedness and depth. This artistic setting is chosen to celebrate a journey that has transformed solidarity into concrete action, giving shape to a seemingly simple goal: granting eighteen wishes of children and young people experiencing fragility.

For this edition, Nida Onlus Campania worked closely with the D'altronde association, a local organization that supports families experiencing difficult, often silent, situations. Together, they developed "For You," a project that goes beyond offering general assistance, but aims to capture a personal dream, perhaps long held, and transform it into reality through a process of meetings, listening, and mutual understanding.

The journey to the final evening included visits arranged with the families, moments of authentic connection, and time dedicated to truly understanding the desires of the young people involved. A process that restores the centrality of the individual and the value of human connection. "A small gesture that begins with listening and connecting, focuses on the passions, dreams, and unique values of each young person, becoming a concrete sign of trust and closeness," emphasizes Chiara Migliaccio.

The D'altronde association, which works in conjunction with numerous local organizations, supports children and young people experiencing socioeconomic hardship, following a simple yet challenging principle: "Treat every child as we would like our own treated." The entire project is based on this idea of care and shared responsibility.

The evening at the Acacia Theater will therefore be much more than a cultural event. It will be a moment of genuine encounter, where the language of theater intertwines with that of solidarity, reminding us that a more just community is born from the ability to care for the most vulnerable. An opportunity to transform art into a civic gesture and participation into a concrete form of solidarity.
