Maddaloni Valley – Yesterday afternoon, February 27, Carabinieri officers from the Maddaloni Valley Station arrested a 30-year-old man from the Naples area, pursuant to an order issued on February 25 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Nola Court.
Intervention in therapeutic communities
The military reached the man inside a local therapeutic community, where he was already being held under another restrictive measure.
The charges: domestic abuse and attempted extortion
The 30-year-old must serve one year, three months, and 17 days in prison for domestic abuse and attempted extortion against his 62-year-old father. The incidents date back to 2023 and 2024, and occurred in San Giuseppe Vesuviano.
Rest of sentence in the same facility
After completing the formal procedures, the arrested man remained in the therapeutic community at the direction of the judicial authorities, who were promptly informed by the Carabinieri. There, he will continue to serve his sentence according to judicial decisions.
