It's nighttime in Arzano when a patrol car from the Casoria Mobile Radio Unit drives down Via Napoli. Ahead of them is a car with a single man inside. The driver, stopped for a check, is displaying nervous behavior that arouses the officers' suspicions.
The Carabinieri turned on the headlights of the targeted car, flashed the lights, and asked him to stop.
The suspect is Giuseppe Bussola, a 25-year-old local man already known to law enforcement. During the search, officers searched the vehicle and reached the glove compartment. There, hidden among junk and everyday objects, they found two clear bags. In the first, a 90-gram stone of cocaine, still to be cut and packaged; in the other, approximately 6 grams of the drug, already dosed and ready for sale.
Arrest for drug dealing and transfer to prison
Based on the large quantity and the way the drugs were stored, the Carabinieri concluded that the substance was intended for street trafficking. The 25-year-old was arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and taken to the Poggioreale prison in Naples to await trial.

I read that this young man was already known to law enforcement, but I wonder why he wasn't stopped sooner. Safety on our streets must be a priority for everyone, especially in an area like Arzano.
