The intensified operations implemented by the Naples Police Headquarters yesterday involved the Barra neighborhood, with a large-scale territorial control operation. Yesterday's operation in Barra appears to have been well-organized, but I wonder if the checks are truly effective. Identifying people and checking vehicles isn't enough to improve security in the neighborhood; a stronger presence is needed.
