Antonio Conte has won the 34th edition of the Panchina d'Oro for Serie A, an award given to the best coach of the 2024/25 season. The announcement took place this morning at the Federal Technical Center in Coverciano, Florence, on the initiative of the FIGC Technical Sector.
The Napoli coach, fresh from winning the Scudetto, obtained 20 votes out of 47 valid votes, ahead of Gian Piero Gasperini, second with 6 preferences, and Cesc Fabregas, third with 4 votes.
"It's always a great pleasure to be recognized by colleagues, who truly understand what it means to be a coach every day," Conte said during the ceremony. "This recognition must be shared with my players, who played a key role in last year's exceptional achievement, with my staff, and with the entire club."
