La SS Juve Stabia 1907 Officially remains under judicial administration and undergoes a change at the top. In a formal statement, judicial administrators Salvatore Scarpa and Mario Ferrara clarified the legal framework under which the club operates, reiterating that the club remains subject to the measures set forth in Article 34 of the Anti-Mafia Code. This condition entails the divestment of management and entrusts exclusive control of the entity to administrators appointed by the judicial authority, under its direct supervision.

The state's intervention, it is emphasized, has a specific objective: to clean up the company's operations, eliminate any potential external influence, and ensure that the sporting and business management is conducted in full compliance with the rules, transparency, and legality. This is a complex process, intertwined with the needs of a professional club required to act quickly, but the Judicial Administration Office intends to address it by ensuring business continuity, protecting jobs, and safeguarding the sporting heritage and brand value.

In this context, there is also some corporate news. The shareholders' meeting, held on February 16, appointed Fabio Scacciavillani Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and Zvi Yehiel Avi Hirsch new member of the Board of Directors. The judicial administrators welcomed the new leaders, wishing them success in what they described as a delicate but crucial phase for the company's future.

Scacciavillani brings a high-profile international profile. An economist with a PhD from the University of Chicago, where he taught and served as an assistant to Nobel laureate Merton Miller, he has gained leading experience in global finance, sovereign wealth funds, and international institutions. He was a strategist and chief economist at the Oman Investment Fund, a manager at the European Central Bank during the euro's launch, an executive director at Goldman Sachs, and a consultant to the International Monetary Fund. He is currently a founding partner of financial consulting and artificial intelligence firms and a columnist for Il Sole 24 Ore.

The message emerging from the statement is clear: Juve Stabia is undergoing a profound restructuring, in which legality comes first. The judicial administrators are asking for the cooperation of fans, institutions, and stakeholders to ensure the process can proceed without interference, in the interests of the club's survival and dignity. This is a necessary step, but it also paves the way for a new season, with renewed governance and the ambition of restoring stability and credibility to the Gialloblù club.

Juve Stabia appears to be undergoing a major change, but I don't know if the new administration will be able to manage the situation well. I hope for positive results, but everything is a bit uncertain.
