It seems like a strange draw to me, the 78 seems to be everywhere but I don't know if this means anything. I would say that many numbers are repeated but the statistics don't explain everything, enthusiasts will probably continue to play anyway, but be careful of systems that promise 10eL0tto certainties and winning numbers.
