A thrilling evening at Marassi gave Napoli a comeback victory over Genoa, decided in the 94th minute by a penalty converted by Hojlund, nearly saved by goalkeeper Bjlow. The thrilling match saw the Rossoblu take the lead in the third minute through Malinovskyi's penalty, the result of a mistake by Buongiorno and a risky exit by Meret, which the referee, after a VAR review, ruled a foul.

Napoli responded with determination: in the 20th minute, Hojlund leveled the score with a tap-in following McTominay's diagonal shot, and in the 22nd minute, McTominay himself struck a long-range masterpiece to turn the score around. The game, however, remained wide open: in the 57th minute, Colombo equalized for Genoa, capitalizing on a second mistake by Buongiorno, making for a thrilling finale.

In the second half, amid substitutions and yellow cards—including the dismissal of Juan Jesus—Napoli continued to press, managing a small midfield and relying on the plays of Hojlund and Vergara. The decisive moment came in the 94th minute, when Cornet fouled Vergara: Hojlund converted from the spot, confirming the tenacity of Conte's team and giving the Azzurri three crucial points to consolidate their Champions League spot.

There were moments of tension and concern: McTominay was forced off injured, while Spinazzola and others received yellow cards. Despite everything, Napoli showed composure and determination until the last second, bringing joy to the bench and the fans in attendance.

The match was truly exciting, and I saw a lot of mistakes, especially from Buongiorno. The final penalty decided everything, but it can't be said that Genoa didn't fight well.
