A heartwarming rescue comes from the Neapolitan coast, where the dedication of volunteers and firefighters prevented a tragedy for a four-legged family. The report came from a volunteer, Paola, who alerted authorities after spotting a dog and her puppies on a secluded beach, exposed to the strong storm surges of recent days.
The woman managed to save the mother and three of the cubs, but the fourth puppy, paralyzed with terror, had taken refuge in the underbody of a stranded boat, making manual rescue impossible. The intervention of the Naples Central Command Fire Brigade (Shift B) was necessary, who with patience and skill extracted the little girl, safe and sound, from her hiding place.
The happy ending combined heroism and affection: Rosaria, one of the firefighters involved in the rescue, decided to officially adopt the newly rescued puppy. "I want to publicly thank the Fire Department and especially the men and women of Shift B of the Central Command," commented MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli. "Their professionalism is matched only by their great sensitivity. Protecting love, even when it has four legs, makes our community better."

It's nice to know that there are people who care about animals in difficulty, but the strange thing is that I don't understand how a puppy could get stuck in such a strange place, I hope other people will do the same.
